This is my favorite!  The border is Lokins Floral from Schumacher Carpet, a exceptionally beautiful wilton.  The field is a woven sisal look from Bloomsburg carpet.  There are small touches of the yellowish/tan field color in the border and the combination is striking.

Here is another dramatic look.  The border is Garden Flower by Stanton.  the field is a wool sisal from Fibreworks.  The contrast shows a striking elegance.

The border shown here is a Stanton Tapestry. The field is a classic wool herringbone pattern from Couristan Carpet.  The combination of the two makes a captivating statement.

This is my favorite border!  It is called Nantucket from Langhorne Carpet.  The field is a plain wool sisal from Merida.  The colors in this Nantucket line

seem to go with many colors and types of decor.  We have used this line extensively with clients

Here is the Nantucket field.  We can sew the matching border on the field to make an area rug, but this carpet is also beautiful without a border.  It is also so graceful in a wall to wall look.
