About Rug Rats - Woman-Owned. Made in the USA. Since 1987.
About Sandy Pharr
Sandy Pharr founded Rug Rats in 1987 with a clear mission: providing organizations nationwide with high-quality custom floor coverings they could rely on. She holds a degree in Clothing and Textiles from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia — the same town where she launched Rug Rats next door to Green Front Furniture just a few years later. She has spent nearly four decades building Rug Rats into one of the most established woman-owned custom logo mat companies in the United States.
When you work with Rug Rats, you work directly with Sandy. Every inquiry receives a personal response, every proof is reviewed before any order goes into production, and every customer receives the same level of attention regardless of order size.
