Step 2 — Receive Your 24-Hour Digital Proof
Within 24 hours, Rug Rats emails you a free digital proof showing exactly how your personalized logo mat will look. Colors, layout adjustments, text — you see it before we produce it.
Step 3 — Approve the Design
Confirm the colors, layout, and any text on your proof. Request changes if you need them — we'll send a revised proof, also within 24 hours. No production begins until you approve.
Step 4 — Made in USA in 10 Business Days
Once you approve, Rug Rats designs your personalized logo mat to order in the USA. Standard production is 10 business days after approval. Rush production is available for urgent orders — mention your deadline when you request your quote.
Step 5 — Ships to Your Door

Colors — Pantone (PMS) matching on DigiPrint HD (upcharge)
Match your exact brand colors using the Pantone Matching System (PMS). PMS color matching is available on DigiPrint HD for an upcharge. Send Rug Rats your brand guidelines with your quote request and we confirm color match capability and the associated cost. Piazza and Waterhog Impressions use pre-dyed carpet stock that matches most brand colors closely, but does not support exact PMS matching.
Shape — Standard rectangles or fully custom shapes
Standard rectangles work for most entrances. But if your logo is a distinctive silhouette — a shield, a state outline, a mascot profile — Rug Rats can custom-cut your mat to match. Rounds, semicircles, keystones, and fully custom shapes are all available.
Text — Slogans, names, dates, or years
