I ordered a custom rug for the entrance at my work place. It was a 12 foot by 12 foot behemoth. The design was spot on and quick. Shipping was quick and reasonably priced. Most importantly, the final product was better than expected.

I was tasked with ordering a rug for the company I work for. The whole process was very easy. The company has a very quick response time. I received a proof of what the rug would look like within 24 hours of the request, and the rug was shipped in less than a week after I completed the invoice. We are very satisfied with the quality and design of the rug.

Sandy at Rug Rats Inc. was great to work with. She helped me with the correct rug material for my specific application, helped color match the logo, and in the end we love our rug! Thank you Rug Rats!

Every step of the process from original email to having my rug delivered was good. Working with Sandy on getting me a rug for my garage was a breeze. She was kind and helpful, working at getting me my rug. I wanted a GMC logoed rug for my garage. The rug arrived and is great. Nice solid rug with heavy fabric and a nice non-slip backing. I ordered the 4 X 6 rug and when I measured it it was a little smaller than I expected, not the full 4 X 6. NOTE : The website does explain that some shrinkage will occur due to the "heat set method" So when ordering if you have any size questions ask. I am very happy with my new rug, Thanks again!

Working with Sandy and Rug Rats Inc was wonderful! She sent me over proofs quickly even after some changes and within 2 weeks of ordering, we had our rug ready to display in our showroom within 5 minutes of opening the package.

Sandy did a great job on the rug! Great quality, exceptional service and very attentive! Very happy and excited to put it in our classroom. The students will be excited to share their cougar pride!

UPDATE: We liked it so much, and it stood up so well to High School students we went back and purchased 4 more rugs for all the entrances to our facility /classrooms.

I knew the look I wanted for my bathroom but I couldn’t find the rugs that I wanted anywhere. Rug Rats took my designs and made them happen. I love the way it looks.
