Do you create rugs for residential use?

Yes! While we specialize in commercial applications and’re happy to create custom rugs for residential clients. Whether it’s a family name, monogram, or special design for your home, we can make it happen.

What is the best way to get in touch with Rug Rats?

For the fastest response, please email us. We respond very quickly, sometimes within an hour or sooner. We provide all rug quotes by email only. Because of the volume of telemarketers, we cannot answer all the calls. If you leave a message, we will get back to you at our first opportunity, but you will receive a quicker response by email.

Do you offer design assistance?

Absolutely! Our owner works directly with you to ensure your logo translates perfectly to a rug format. We can adapt existing logos or help refine your ideas into a stunning floor statement for your organization.

 

Do you have a catalog?

What sizes do you offer for custom logo rugs?

We offer a wide range of sizes to fit any space, from smaller welcome mats (2’x3′) to large area rugs. Custom dimensions are available to fit your specific location requirements perfectly. Questions? Send us an email

Can you make a custom size and shape?

Yes! Please send us an email with your size and logo design. If you would like a custom shape, let us know. Also include other particulars, such as colors, added text, rug orientation, etc. We will send you proof of the rug before placing your order. This is done only through email.

What materials do you use for your rugs?

Our rugs are crafted using premium, commercial-grade materials specifically selected for durability and appearance retention. We offer nylon and polyester options, depending on your specific traffic, location, and budget needs.

Are your rugs suitable for high-traffic areas?

Yes! We specialize in commercial-grade rugs that withstand heavy foot traffic while maintaining their appearance. Our products are perfect for busy entrances, lobbies, and high-use areas.

Can you match specific colors in our logo?

Absolutely. We use a precise color-matching process to ensure your brand colors are accurately represented in your custom rug. Certain styles also have custom color options for an upcharge. We provide digital proofs before production so you can verify that the colors meet your expectations.

How do I clean and maintain my custom logo rug/mat?

You can use a standard vacuum cleaner. We also recommend spot cleaning with a carpet spot-cleaning product. You can also steam clean your rug. We like to use Capture Dry Spot Cleaning, which we have used for many years in our rug workroom. Another good product is Host Dry Cleaning. Most outdoor rug styles can be hosed off.

Are your rugs slip-resistant?

Yes, our rugs feature a non-slip backing to keep them securely in place, enhancing safety in your environment.

Will my custom mat pose a tripping hazard?

These rugs have Nitrile rubber backing, ensuring a smooth, safe placement. These mats also have a rubber reducer edging that keeps them flat. Wheelchairs, carts with wheels, walkers, etc., roll smoothly over these mats.

Do you offer outdoor rugs?

Yes, we offer rugs designed specifically for outdoor use. These rugs are made with UV-resistant materials that can withstand exposure to the elements while maintaining their vibrant appearance.

What is the best mat for handling snow and water?

Heavy snow, excess water, and slush are handled with a two-mat system. For outside use, one of the Waterhog Rug Styles. This type of mat catches water between the mat holes as a first step. For secondary wiping on the interior, use one of our nylon-printed mats. These finish the job by trapping the remaining water, snow, and dirt in the mat and away from your floors.

How do I select which mat would fit my needs?

Where do you want to use the mat? Indoor or outdoor? The cost will be a factor. What colors did you want to use? These answers help us determine what will work for you. Please send us an email with your questions.

Ordering Process

How do I order a custom logo rug/mat?

Please send us an email with your logo, mat size, and your artwork. We will send back pricing and proof of the rug. Once the proof of the rug is approved, we will send you an invoice with a link to make the payment. Custom logo mats usually ship in 10 days to 2 weeks.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need:

Your logo file (vector format preferred), Quantity needed

How much is the cost of shipping custom logo mats, and how are they shipped?

Most rugs are shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground. Shipping depends on how many rugs you order and your address. Larger rugs are shipped by freight truck. You can request a shipping quote on our Contact Us page.

What artwork is needed to get started?

Send us a digital email with your logo. Preferred format files are vectors such as .ai or .eps. We can also use a high-resolution JPG or PDF. Please see our art requirements..

How do I approve my design before production?

We provide digital proofs of your custom rug design for your review and approval before production begins. You can request adjustments to ensure the final product perfectly matches your vision.

How do I get pricing on a custom logo mat?

Send us an email with your size and what type of logo mat you would like, indoor or outdoor. We will send pricing. There is also a discount for ordering two or more rugs of the same size and design.

What is your payment process?

We require full payment before beginning production on all custom rugs. We accept credit cards and checks.  When you decide to order, we will send an invoice with a link to make payment.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order requirement for custom logo rugs. Depending on your needs, we’re happy to produce a single rug or multiple rugs.  There is a discount for ordering more than one rug os the same design and size.

How long does it usually take to get a logo mat?

It depends on the custom mat style. We have mats that we can ship in 10 days and some that take 2-3 weeks to complete.

Shipping and Support

 

How are rugs shipped and packaged?

Our rugs are carefully rolled (never folded) and wrapped in protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. We use reliable carriers and provide tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you offer installation services?

While most of our rugs are designed for easy self-installation, we recommend getting local installers for larger projects or unique installation requirements in your area.

Can I return a custom logo mat?

If you receive a mat with a printing problem or damage during shipping, please email us, and we will give you instructions on how to return it or make you a new mat. Custom logos or custom-made rugs are not returnable. They were custom-made just for you and are not a stock item. You must approve the rug proof before ordering to ensure it is what you want.

Do you have a warranty on these custom logo mats?

Yes, depending on the logo rug style you choose and which warranty you choose. Send an email, and we will send the warranty and specifications.
