Every step of the process from original email to having my rug delivered was good. Working with Sandy on getting me a rug for my garage was a breeze. She was kind and helpful, working at getting me my rug. I wanted a GMC logoed rug for my garage. The rug arrived and is great. Nice solid rug with heavy fabric and a nice non-slip backing. I ordered the 4 X 6 rug and when I measured it it was a little smaller than I expected, not the full 4 X 6.
